Cancellation Policy

Custom Packages are available.*  Travel Fees may apply on all inquiries based on the service's designated location. • A minimum of 7-Day Notice will be set up for cancellation after JCMP Client Contract is signed. Clients have 3 Days to cancel Online Bookings before they continue to sign client contract and be in any further Agreement with the Photographer. • Any cancellation more than the 7-Day Notice prior to the Booking Date will result in Full Payment! • A minimum of 7 Days Notice is required prior to the date of the photoshoot if the client chooses to reschedule or cancel bookings due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Failure to give any notice to provider will result in penalty and any form of deposit shall be fully retained by the photographer at a non-refundable cost stated listed above in this agreement and under Payment Terms.
